At Xresume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this agreement and return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of your transaction.
To meet the cancellation deadline, send us your cancellation request before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will:
Acknowledge receipt of your request without delay

Use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction
Not charge you any fees for the reimbursement
Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to products which you have already had the benefit of.
Since Xresume is a cloud-based SaaS platform, once you access and begin using the service, this exception applies.
If you purchase a Paid Subscription to Xresume:
Your right to cancel applies only to your initial subscription
Cancellation does not apply to each automatic renewal
To cancel your subscription, contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period
There are no refunds on unused subscription periods
If you cancel before we start charging your payment method (such as during a free trial period), you will not be charged.
Refund requests received more than 14 days after your purchase will not be processed.
